Positive: Great friendly host , room was immaculately clean and recently refurbished which was great. Excellent shower , very generous room size for a motel style , comfy massive bed , mini kitchen is a bonus including fridge, microwave and sink. Large screen TV with good channel selection. Location right on the water but easy walking distance to restaurants and shops etc

Positive: Just one man was present when we stayed. He was busy with renovations in the house and was happy to talk about his carpentry. He had done all the woodwork in our cabin and it was well done. He recommended a place to eat which was good.
Negative: His office was a complete mess. The cabin had a kettle but no instant coffee, no milk and the fridge was off.

Positive: . Room was clean. Bathroom good.
Negative: Reception area was nasty with dishes and clutter on restaurant table and kitchen. Looked a bit scary, but once you got in your room it was good.
